As specified in the contract, the Company undertakes to supply the construction services. Any changes to the scope of work or additional work must be approved in writing and may incur additional costs..
– The Company bases all of its quotes on the current expenses of labor, materials, and other resources. Prices are good for 30 days after the quotation date. Additional fees may apply to any changes the client requests after accepting the quotation.
– Upon accepting the quotation and signing the contract, a 30% deposit is needed.
– The contract specifies the milestones at which progress payments are due.
– When the services are finished and before any final paperwork or warranties are released, the final payment is payable.
– The Company will offer a projected timetable for project completion. Unforeseen events, such as bad weather, delays in the supply of materials, or client-requested modifications, could cause this schedule to alter. For delays outside of its control, the Company is not responsible.
The onus of acquiring the required permits and approvals rests with the client, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise. The client is responsible for granting access to the location and making sure it is clear of any obstacles.
– The client commits to working with the company and giving whatever information or support required to finish the project.
– The Company guarantees that every task will be completed in an efficient and skillful manner. The Company’s materials and equipment are covered by the warranties offered by the individual manufacturers.
– After the job is finished, the company will replace or repair any damaged materials or labor within six months.
– The company has general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance can be obtained upon request.
– The Company assumes no responsibility for any losses or injuries caused by third parties, acts of God, or events beyond its control.
– The Client agrees to indemnify and keep the Company harmless for any claims arising from the project, unless caused by the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.
– The contract can be terminated by either party if there is a serious breach by the other party and the breach is not repaired after 30 days of written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is obligated to pay for all work accomplished up to the date of termination.
-This contract will be handled through litigation in a specific jurisdiction, with the laws of that jurisdiction governing any issues.
The Company is not responsible for any failure to complete its responsibilities under this contract as a result of events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related material confidential and not release it to third parties without the other party’s prior written consent.
This document, along with any attachments or addenda, is the entire agreement between the parties. Amendments and revisions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
If any part of this contract is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the other sections will remain in full force and effect.
By signing this agreement, the Client indicates that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
